求助：英文操作系统手提电脑不能安装中文操作系统

我刚买的惠普手提电脑是英文操作系统WINDOWS XP，我安装中文操作系统WINDOWS XP SP2时，安装到一半时被提示：语言不同，不能安装。请教各位，如何处理。
