If it's UPGRADED to 2.0, this should've never happened. Check to see if the old version is still in your system. If it is, all you need to do is to copy the files (most of them are libraries) from the plugin folder/directory to the new version. If not, don't panic. Get real alternative plugin for your multi-media (I am assuming that you are on a Windows) and flash player plugin for your flash. For other plugins, use this page as a reference, https://addons.mozilla.org/plugins/.

To check what plugins are installed in your FF, type "about:plugins" in the address entry.
