Need help

Hi, everyone,
In these days, there is one sign came out all the time in my windows tools bar. It was question mark or cross sign and flash all the time. When I put mouse to the sign, the explain is "Critical system errors!". When I double click it, it connected to the "VirusBursters homepage". It did no influence my computer function but it is really bother me. Did some one know how to remove it? Thank you very much in advance.
