刚买的dell E521，为什么以前的DDR内存条不能用，

还有以前硬盘也不能用，因为根本没有合适的电源和数据线，请教大侠帮忙看看，我是从DELL的small business section 卖的，如果从home use section 买一样的配置要多50.00刀，是为什么啊。
