如何将中文操作系统变成英文呢? thanks alot,, online waiting

家人从国内寄来了一个 Dell Inspiron 9400， 操作系统自然是中文，LG是个鬼子，中文大大地不懂， 偏巧我是盲，他是迷，我俩自是一种相思，两处闲愁，如何将操作系统变成英文呢？请大侠们指教，多谢了。
