best of what ?!

IE7 is the least W3C standards compliant browser among the three and this is BIG problem for consistent user experience. In this regard, Opera is the best, then Firefox (which will be fully compliant soon), IE7 is the worst and may not be fully complaint at all.

IE is always tightly integrated with OS but why IE7 setup package is still 3 times bigger than FireFox 2? Isn't this stupid?
