如何把C盘和D盘COMBINE成一个C盘?

我的C盘只有2G空间,而D盘有18G空间.WINDOWS安装在C盘上.D盘刚被格式化.

我想把C盘和D盘COMBINE成一个C盘,请教各位如何做.
