谈谈Dell的售后支持

背景：Dell 笔记本 Latitude D510 ，Windows XP Professional 操作系统。 由于浏览器故障，打开任何网页后自动关闭。重新安装浏览器，重新安装保留数据模式操作系统都不能解决， 决定重新安装删除数据模式操作系统。 这样所有的网络驱动程序都没有了，购买电脑时随机的CD也找不到了，只有到Dell 的网上下载。

目的：下载 网络驱动程序，包括Ethernet cable 和 Wireless.

过程：（1）从Dell Support Latitude D510 的 下载网页，找到两个以 前安装在电脑里的驱动程序。
（２）先下载Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller ，
　　　　　　　　结果：软件下载道硬盘后，不能启动自动按装。
　　　（３）下载Intel (R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection
　　　　　　　　结果1：Wireless 安装失败，Error Message提示：没有相关的支持的Wireless adapter. (我不是在安装Adapter吗？)
结果２：这个软件包含有Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller 自动安装成功．（阴差阳错）
　　　　（４）下载　Dell _Wireless (US) WLAN Card　
　　　　　　　　　结果：自动安装成功。　

结论：（１）３个驱动程序中竟然有两个不能正确运行的？？？！！！
　　　（２）驱动程序有无经过严谨的测试？
　　　（３）要浪费多少使用者的时间？
　　　
以前听说过Dell的抱怨，这次是我亲身经历。以后可能不再买他的机器了。
