Need Help!!!

I need to install " Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller" on my PC,I download file from Dell website in the default directory, I click several Setup irons and it seems doing something, but I didn't see driver in the "network adapters" in the Device Manager, does anyone how to install it? very frustrated....
