紧急求教:不能logon WindowXP

高手们,请教一个关于DELL LAPTOP 的问题, 具体如下:
power on 后, 出现窗口说”winlogon.exe unable to locate component” and “The application has failed to start because shell32.dll was not found. Reinstall the application may fix the problem.”

我已经试以safe mode 进入 window, 但是同样的窗口出现.

那我还能做什么呢? 一定要用restore 的办法么? 我现在怎样backup呢? (当然我可以去BESTBUY修理,但要三五天的时间,而我着急要用这台笔记本). 我已经在DELL,GOOGLE 和MICROSOFT的网站上查过了,没得到解决方案.
