xp 用不了CDrom，如何是好？

堂兄的winXP中毒，他在dell和MSFT helpdesk的光辉指导下，总算把window打开了。可是cd-rom,u*****,intranet都死了。我重装drivers没效。想重装OS,因没有cd-rom，也卡在哪。

各位高人，俺如何是好？
