dell copmuter不能正常工作了

兄弟我有一台SB dell dimension 3000，受到病毒破坏不能进入explorer，打电话给dell，才发现原来我没有恢复盘，dell提供电话技术服务，收费$99. 我找了另一张XP安装，用原来XP的code, 好几个硬件都内有正常安装Driver(是不是dell的trick?). 请问打侠们有什么办法可以解决问题，又不必向damn company付服务费.

以后再也不买dell!
