Within the Return Policy, just return it. It is a bad bad deal

1st. It has 745 socket Sempron 3100+ and been known a heater.
2nd. It only support DDR-400, but right now DDR2-533/667 are mainstream.
3rd. It is old design. A much stylish V3000z is available and new Sempron 3500+ is much cooler than old design.

My suggestion is not only get a new one, but get a new model. The price difference will not be greater than $50.

So dump it and change it.
