SIMPLE SOLUTION是不用MSN CLIENT。GAIM会好得多，还支持ENCRYPTION。当然，在FIREWALL里BLOCK outgoing traffic to certain IP/Hosts and ports is doable, but you have to keep track of all connections dynamically.
