Help!!! Thanks a million!!

My computer has a problem for months. Whenever I turn it on, a meessage comes out, it says:"SymWSC.exe - Unable To Locate Componet:
This application has fialed to start because ccTrust.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Since I have this problem, I have to re-install microsoft office every other day. Otherwise, all my word documents are not readable. I don't know why and I don't know where to find this missing item metioned above. Anyone can help me? Do I need to reformat my computer? If I do, how should I do it? Please some one help me!!!

I use computer every day, but I know nothing about computer. Please I beg you experts help me. Thanks a million from bottom of my heart!!!
