求助：当我打开U盘中存的WORD文件

为什么总提示：
Mricorsoft word cant import the specified format, the feature is not currently installed, would you like to install it now?

YES NO

此文件本来就是从该机编辑的，根本不需要IMPORT什么东西，如果选择NO，打开是空文件。但该文件名下显示有内容。
