重安RealPlayer 10.5问题。。"Setup decompression failed, possible

那位高手青帮一下忙。偶尔路过此坛，希望高手相助。

我试着重安RealPlayer 10.5;但仍然没有成功。"Setup decompression failed, possible download error."
寻求Real live support via chat.她说防病毒软件赵成这个问题，我告诉她，我把防病毒软件删除后，仍然有这个问题。最后她建议从哪儿买的机器到哪儿修；我说这也不是硬件问题，我的机器能看其他各式的影视片；但就是装不上RealPlayer。

我也谷狗过了，还没有找到答案或解决办法。
