help with video card please!!!!!!

hi:
i just got my dell xps400 desktop geforce7300le video card about week. everything was ok when normally use. but when i playing 3d vedio game counter strike, or changing map , it kicked me out of game to windows page with 1 box said:"failed to lock vertex buffer in cmeshdx8:lock vertex buff", sometime even had blue screen with alot number like 0x000000EA. is this problem with cheap video? or dell didnt install anything well with my new pc? damn i was thinking to buy bf2 n play with you guys............ cry. please help!
