有没有熟悉DELL的高手呢？请教操作系统的问题，请进。

想买一个DELL6400的手提，但是不知道是否可以买了之后不要英文系统，而重装我的中文WINDOWXP呢？因为父母都用惯了中文电脑。有人告诉我说DELL只能用它安装的系统，不能接受重装的？

再问，有没有可能装双系统？
