Could you help me decide which is better

Dear friends: Could you help me decide which is better :Toshiba A105-S2141 1.46Ghz, 512MB, 80GB HD, or Acer AS3618AWLCI Notebook Pentium M 1.7Ghz 60G 512M. Personally, I would like Acer AS3618AWLCI. It runs smoothly and quietly, and does not produces lots of heat. Toshiba A105-S2141 seems run noisily and produces lots of heat, the cooling fan runs without interval. Could you please help to decide which is better?
