请问笔记本不能顺利关机

新笔记本，昨天开始不能正常关机。点击关机后无反应，必须按笔记本的电源键后才行。还发现自从不能正常关机后，开机后原有的一些启动程序不能启动，如本本里自带的诺顿杀毒。而且现在诺顿打不开，桌面双击后只有边框。请问是不是有本本里毒阿？_:o
