为什么我可以用IE在线看shakewave flash, 但把flash下载到

硬盘上，却不可以用IE观看了呢（双击flash文件，没任何反应）？我用Mida play去打开，显示由于security setting 原因无法打开。我又查看IE的security setting也没找到关于flash的setting. 怎么才能看到辛苦下载的FLASH（都是些课件）呢？
