Win98 电脑进不去了.请大侠帮忙!!

有一台旧WIN98电脑已不用了.最近因找一个旧FILE,就用了几天.现在进不去了.一TURNＯＮ，有一红色ＷＩＮＤＯＷ：ＮＡＶ　ＡＵＴＯ－ＰＲＯＴＥＣＴ　ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９８：　Ｕnable to determine the location of the configuration file [OK]. 当我敲了ＯＫ后，另一ＷＩＮＤＯＷ显示：IE: This program has performed an illeagal operation and will be shut down.我根本进不了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ．想一想，在最后一次用这台电脑时曾ＤＯＷＮＬＯＡＤ了ＦＩＲＥＦＯＸ，并选他做ＤＥＦＡＵＬＴ搜索引擎．不知大侠可有解．多谢！！
