三位版主和各位高手帮帮忙

我在９８系统下用flashget 下载些电视剧等，flashget没有注册，也刚过试用期. 今天回家发现说flashget执行了非法操作，无法关机，于是我强行关机。等重新启动时，显示 missing operating system，赶快用系统恢复盘，可依然是显示missing operating system，现在机子是动不了了，想格式化都不行。

因为机子上存了一些重要的东西，想尽力保留下来，恳请各位高手帮忙。实在不行，能格式化机子也行。 谢谢谢谢
