新购的120G HardDrive不能引导。向各位DX求助！

我的古董DESKTOP：Compaq5441(K62 466CPU 128M 声、显卡集成主板)硬盘(20G)坏了，新买的Western Digital 120G 7200 RPM,8MB Cache装上后不能引导（开始是硬盘灯常亮，后来是常不亮，而数据线并没插反。）
