Copy HD Problem with Ghost

Please help:

The mainboard is K7S5A. I installed one 40G HD with two partitions (NTFS and FAT32). I added one WD 160G HD for slave. The BIOS can recognise it. And there is no problem under Windows. The new HD has two NTFS partitions.

I tried to use the Ghost (under DOS) to copy the NTFS partition on 40G HD to 160G HD. But the Ghost cannot find the new 160G HD. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Or is there any better software to do it?
