CPU?

If over 2.0 GHz, to add physical Memory will be much better for the performance.

Any way, to change the virtual memory:
control panel -> system -> click "Advanced" Panel -> click "Performance", then you will see the virtual memory setting. (this is for Win2K, it might be the same for WinXP)
