My YAHOO, HOTMAIL do not work. Why?

My YAHOO, HOTMAIL do not work. I have called my ISP and was told a IE problem.
When I open yahoo mail I can see the mail list but can not open for detail. This only happens at my home (2 PCs), there is not any problem any work. What's worng? any clue? thanks
