A network cable is unplugged 错误，求救！

下载并安装了cctv的网上电视，但只要一点播，就会出现“A network cable is unplugged”，过几秒钟又连上，但几秒钟之后又断开，如此循环。重新安装也没有用。我想一定是设置问题，还请高人指点.谢先！
