Request for Solving XP Network Problems

I have two computers (one is XP Professional SP2, another XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 SP2) at home. I’d like them to share files and a printer with each other, but I cannot. I don't know why

I have set them in a workgroup with the same name, and signed in with the same user, Administrator, but still, every time, when I click “View Workgroup Computer”, I am told I have not permission. Could you give me some hints if you know why. Thanks.
