sorry, Ithought I was clear enough.
open your word file, then click "print" as usual. the print dialogue window will open. Choose "Adobe PDF" instead of your Printer. (you usually don't do this step, because it is set as Printer). then click "Print". then click "ok". there will be a dialogue window asking you where to save your PDF file. choose a folder, then you will get the PDF file.
