请教大家重装系统

帮朋友买的dimension 9100. 因为流氓软件原因，我把硬盘格式化了准备重装。
现在的问题是，我进入bios设置之后，在boot sequence后面，只有
1. onboard or u***** floppy drive (not present),
2. onboard sata hard drive,
3. onboard ide drive (not present)
4. onboard or u***** cd-rom drive (not present)
5. USB device (not present)
所以，没有其他选择，只能选择2，硬盘启动。
光驱电源线正常，我可以插入或者弹出盘。我检查了数据线，按理讲也是正常插入了。但是无法设置为光驱启动。
启动电脑后，显示
NTLTR is missing,
press alt+ctrl+del to restart

请问我现在有什么办法？
另外，据朋友说曾经成功选择光驱启动，也看到选项安装，修复和退出安装。但选择了安装之后，说找不到可以安装的硬盘。

请教高手。
