中文字库，印章,photoshop

Please help!!! Have been struggling for a long time. I want to make a stamp in photoshop, but my photoshop does not have the Chinese font I need. I downloaded the font and put it in C:/Windows/font, however, the file name is in Chinese and I cannot change it. The font showed up in MS Word, but will not show up in Photoshop.

Please help. Thanks a ton!
