奇怪+求助

我有一份法文的PDF文件，在Adobe Reader里面看很正常，可是打印出来后，凡是é,à的字符全变成中文的乱码了。我用的是Windows XP HOME edition 德文版，会是什么原因呢，是打印机的设定还是和系统有关?
