请教电脑高手一个CD BURNER的问题

为什么我的"DVD+RW"不能用啊???
Real player 提示信息如下:
"No disc has been inserted. You must have a writable disc inserted and have added files to begin a burn."
难道"DVD+RW"不是"writable disc"吗?
