Verizon DSL (14.95/month)的上网速度如何？

我现在用的是Verizon DSL (29.99/month)，它的最高速度有100Mbps，因为我平常上网也就查查email，不下载东西，所以我想换到Verizon DSL (14.95/month)，它的最高速度是768K，请问有朋友在用这种DSL吗？它的速度怎么样？多谢！
