Virus found but can't delete

I ran the antivirus and get a message saying: C:Program FilesInternet Optimizeroptimize.exe
File is infected with "W32/Dyfuca.C" virus. The file could not be disinfected.
I tried to delete that file manually but was not successful, saying access denied. Please tell me what I should do, many thanks!!
