I probably didn't describe my situation clearly. I do not run any vmware over Windows now. It is purely Asterisk over CentOS. I am trying to re-format HD and reinstall WinXP but unsuccessful. So I was asking how to bring the box back to Windows.

Thanks for the Lixun info. I will try it. By the way, suse v. redhat any one is better or pretty much the same?
