1千张图片每月，发到国内，怎么传？

1千张图片每月，发到国内，这么大的文件怎么传？他们说可以提供免费的Server，但是需要国内那面要提供ip地址。我不明白为什么提供国内的IP？ 请教这个是怎么工作的？ 还有没有更好的办法。

我经常在文学城下载电影，那个空间和这个Server一样吗？
