怎样访问工作组里的Server

别笑我哦,真的不明白啊.
装了个Windows Server 2003,想做为文件服务器,没有域环境.用户们到底怎样来访问呢.如果只是共享目录,映射网络驱动器,用XP就行,何必要Server呢.在工作组的环境下,Server能不能做些什么不同凡响的事啊.
网上看了不少,找不到这种问题的答案,哪位好心,教教我吧.
