Help!!!!!!!Urgent!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am working on my powerpoint file this afternoon, and it is about 6MB. I turned off the computer (laptop) and then started it just now, but find out that the PPT file won't open. Actually it did open, but without any reaction, seems dead. My other .ppt files are ok and function good. I just have this copy and I don't know what to do to recover it.

Please help me out.
