上网慢到底和 Computer 好坏有多大关系?

我的机器是 PIII , 550 MHZ. 旧机器了, 用 Cox 的 cable,材刚装时挺好的.
近来发现上网非常的慢, 我本来是要准备买新 Computer, 但又不知道上网慢到底和 Computer 好坏有多大关系,怕买了也好不了多少. 我现在的 memory 是 256 MB..
