help for computer restart

My computer always restarted automatically when i was surfing on the web. I checked the system, found some worm virus and deleted.
But the problem still exist. can some one provide some advice?
The error message is following:
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITYSYSTEM.
This is because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) serivice terminated unexpectedly.
