问一下关于word的事情

我用word drawing tool画的图，为什么忽然间不能看了？用别的电脑都能看，但是用我的电脑就不能看，只能显示：

{SHAPE \*MERGEFORMAT}

我觉得是什么setting被无意改了。能不能帮忙一下
