如何在一台pc上安装中英文两套操作系统？

请教高手，如何在一台pc上安装中英文两套操作系统？如何按需要分别启动操作系统？
例如：下载的应用软件只能在中文操作系统下运行，此时我只想启动中文系统，而平时只用英文系统。如何在一台电脑上实现？
我现有windows xp operating system, 可否再安装windows xp chinese operating system? 如果可以，如何安装？请指教。
