help please!!!

after reinstall windowsXP, one of my HD become to be dynamic disk and not readable. i have two HDs installed in my computer and they were working fine before i reinstall windows. is there any way to recover the disk and keep the data on it? and any one knows how could it happen? installed many computers but never had a problem like this.

help please, thanks a lot!!!!
