which version of WMP are you using?

The error basically is saying that the current WMP doesn't support the protocol that is used to deliver the video content. You may need WMP 10.0, or try the following trick to see if it works:

Rename C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Media\10.0
