装了Office2003，但不能下载MS的ChineseIME，说是要OfficeXP

Office 2003不是比Office XP新吗？另外，我买的是Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003, 两个月前买的，当时在家里的desktop上装的，下载MS的IME都没问题。不知道为什么现在装在laptop上就不能下载IME了。请高人指点一二，感谢！
