如何让Matlab 用到2G以上的内存？

我的计算机装了3G的内存，可是Matlab只能用1.5G内存，很多的数据处理都会出现out of memory 的提示。不知道有什么方法可以让matlab用到更大的内存？我可以把我的内存加到4G，不知道会不会有用？
