help! how connect the bluetooth headset to pc

i have a motorola wireless headset for my mobile. somebody said it is possible to use the headset for pc too. my computer also has bluetooth.
the problem is my computer can detect the headset but i can not hear anything, and never mention to speak through the headset.
when i go to sound management, the computer can not find the headset and i can not change to wireless modle.

do i need drive software?
please help!!!!!!!!!!!
